Fathers Day 2011

I had a wonderful Father's Day, this year! I went to a Minor League baseball game, in Richmond - while Natasha and Petra visited the Children's Museum, in Richmond. Then, towards the end of the game, Natasha and Petra joined me at the baseball stadium... I don't think Petra would've sat still for the whole game, but she had fun just seeing the end of the game. Then, she got to run around the bases, afterwards... I'll post some pictures and video.

In other news, it's the end of the school year. Petra got into some poison ivy last Thursday, and she's been taking medicine to clear-up the poison ivy on her face and hands...

Natasha Car Crash

Again, it's been a while for me to get around to making a post... We've been busy doing different things, since the weather has gotten so much hotter! Last weekend (Memorial Day Weekend) - we visited Virginia Beach. Then, two days ago on Friday, a man on a motorcycle ran into the back of Natasha's new car!!! So, we're now in the process of trying to arrange to have her bumper replaced.

Karisa's Wedding

We've been busy the past couple of weeks. We went home to Cincinnati for the past two weekends for Karisa and Justin's bachelor / bachelorette party and their wedding! It's been alot of fun seeing our family and friends! Petra really enjoyed playing with her cousins, aunts and uncles, and grandma and grandpa!

Also, Natasha celebrated her 3rd Mother's Day! It's amazing how fast the past 3 years have gone by...

One other thing I've been busy with is preparing for my Campaign for Congress! I've received alot of support from those who are aware of my plans. I can't stop thinking about what it would be like to be a U.S. Congressman... But, I remind everyone that there's alot of work to be done before I reach the finish line...

Night before Easter 2011

It's the night before Easter, 2011. It's been a few weeks since I wrote a post for our blog... I've been meaning to, but just never got around to doin' it...

I guess alot has been happenin'... Today, Petra took part in two Easter egg hunts!

We've started "pricin'" airplane tickets for Natasha and Petra to fly to Ukraine, this summer.

This past Monday, I wrote a letter to the County Administrator - informing her of my intention to run for U.S. House of Representatives. I have not yet received a response.

Today was the first time I mentioned my intentions on Facebook. *I made sure to state that I still need permission, before I can officially begin campaigning. (I hope I'm granting permission)!
